How do I get my club set up?
We onboard every early-access club personally. After you reach out we book a short call, move your current plans in, and program your first session together so you start with your own system, not a blank page.
Can I import my existing spreadsheets and templates?
Yes. During onboarding we help you bring your current spreadsheets, templates and exercise lists into Elitebuilder so nothing you've built is lost.
How do athletes log their training?
Athletes get the free iOS and Android app. They see the sessions you've assigned, log their sets, and that's it. Everything they enter flows straight back to you.
How do I invite my coaching staff?
From your team settings you can invite other coaches and assign what each person can see and edit. Every staff seat is included while you're in early access.
I can't sign in. What should I do?
Use the reset link on the sign-in screen first. If you're still locked out, email info@elitebuilder.app from your club address and we'll restore access the same day.
What does Elitebuilder cost?
Early-access clubs use Elitebuilder for free while we build alongside them. Pricing arrives after the beta, and early clubs get the first and best terms.
Do my athletes have to pay?
No. The athlete app is included with every club at no extra cost. There's nothing for your athletes to buy.
Who owns the data, and can I export it?
Your data is yours. You can request a full export at any time, and we'll never sell or share it. We're GDPR-compliant and host within the EU.
How fast do you respond to support?
A person who builds the product usually replies within a day, often much sooner. There's no ticket queue and no outsourced support desk.
Which sports does it work for?
Any sport with structured training: team sports, strength sports, endurance and everything between. The exercise library is fully yours.
