Dashboard
Your daily overview of who's training and what needs attention.
The dashboard is where you land after signing in - a daily overview of your organization.
What's on it
- Today's schedule - a greeting with a summary of what's happening today and a link to any check-in responses waiting for you.
- Counts - how many athletes, groups, workouts, and exercises you have, each linking straight to that section.
- Analytics - client growth, check-in response rate, weekly activity, training focus by exercise tag, and how your athletes are distributed across groups.
- Needs attention - the things worth acting on right now: check-ins awaiting a response, athletes not yet in a group, and open days this week with nothing scheduled.
- Week board - a 7-day strip you can click through. Each day shows what's scheduled, with completion status, and links into the relevant group or athlete calendar.
- Groups and Athletes panels - quick lists linking to Groups & Athletes.
First time here
The first time you reach the dashboard after onboarding, you'll see a short checklist to get you moving - viewing a demo athlete's calendar (or inviting your first real athlete), then assigning and tracking their first workout.
